The water challenge

Not to sound rude but how is it a challenge to drink water? It's refreshing, pleasant, and necessary for survival.

I drink a gallon a day. It's not magic, and it's pretty easy when you don't drink anything else.

Not everyone needs to drink this much water.....

but don't drink too much water or you will get water intoxication.

Well no wonder I'm such a skinny fuck! I drink nothing but water with every meal. Water this water that, water is freaking great.

I'm convinced all the commenters didn't grow up in America. Where I live at least, you grew up drinking sodas and fruit juice, and water if you were taking medicine.
Not saying that's the way to go, it's fucking terrible for you.
