These kinds of things are found in American prisons rather regularly. Prisoners have nothing to do but sit in their cells and think of things like this. We need to reinstate chain gangs.
Except they did bad things and need a time out. Kinda like a... what's the word I'm looking for when you do something wrong and get in trouble? Oh yeah, punishment.
AND this is not a case of highly intelligent and potentially useful members of society that we lock up just because we're mean. These are bad motherfuckers that only get creative when it comes to doing bad things.
AND AGAIN "rehabilitation" has been constantly proven to be a pipedream. The only way to "rehabilitate" a criminal is brainwashing. Is that perhaps what you're advocating???
