No, castrating child rapists is an awesome thing to do. Too bad it's done chemically (painlessly). They should let the parents of the kid go at him with a hammer for a couple hours, now that's justice.
Its a proven fact that almost every child molestor with repeat offend. Personally if given a choice between locking them up for life and chemical castration I think the more humane option is castration, especially for all their potential victims.
