Is the third one true? Because if it is it's just bullshit what these offended twats do to get some attention; there is racism towards black people, white people, religious people, non-religious people, europeans, south americans, north americans, etc. Don't be a pussy doing this kind of shit trying to make your race, ethnicity more special than the others, we are all fucking equals.
It just means that the signature goal has been met. It now has to go before whomever it is supposed to go before, and that person/those persons will decide what to do next.
Other than all the protesting and rallying they do, the most recent criminal incident directly linked to the klan seems to be from 2003, when the leader, David Wayne Hull gave instruction on the construction of IEDs to other members, as well as making several. Still, the lack of recent organized violence does not change the long history of shootings and bombings that they have done. The fact that they still preach racism, homophobia, and other such sentiments is dangerous in and of itself, as such things can inspire violence.
Be that as it may, BLM is much more widespread movement and is more relevent to current events, and the KKK's relative docility in recent years has taken them off the forefront of people's minds when violence is mentioned.
So if we want to drum up enough support for them to be officially listed as a threat, they'll need to do something.
I think the last prominent kkk member in any power was Strom Thurmond and he's been dead maybe ten years now. NYS assembly is having problems getting any work done because BLM members have been excessively disruptive.
Tbh, Bernie actually stepped away from the podium in the first one to let them be, while the other attempts to speak during the speeches of other candidates were met with security.
Honestly, BLM is starting to turn into a black supremacy movement. The BLM group at my friends college wanted seperate housing for just black people LOL. This stupid fucking generation of younger black kids never experienced what segregation was like and are pushing for it. Obviously the dean of the college took the petition for different housing as a joke and threw it out the window.
While I agree with some of their cause, other parts have become incredibly extreme. Such as the fact that they're planning on doing violent protests in a number of cities (In Michigan, they're targeting 4 cities). That is heavily leaning more towards terrorism than simply protesting.
Everyone has their views about BLM, but please keep in mind that there is a difference between the movement and the people who promote the movement. The movement itself has an important message about violence against black individuals. Black lives matter wasnt meant to have an only in front of it, but a lot of the people supporting the movement put it there
I'm sorry, but when they write scholarly articles no one ever reads them, and politicians ignore them and label them a terrorist organization. Peaceful protests get ignored. The only time the media pays attention is if a rogue BLM activist shoots 5 cops or if they interrupt other events. Perhaps we should treat them like their voices matter and they wouldn't feel like they had to interrupt...
The people shooting cops and interrupting events aren't Rogue BLM Activists, the Leaders of BLM often take place in these events, they don't write scholarly articles, and the politicians ignore them because they are Bad People. Get your head out of your ass and actually read the Articles and News Story's, they aren't good people! They aren't interuppting because they think they have to, they do it because they want to, Civil Rights Groups stopping doing things because they feel they had to a long time ago, it's about wanting to now, not feeling the need to. Trying to say that the people who do these things are rogue is literally saying a Majority of the Group is rogue while the small minority is the actual group, which doesn't make sense.
I'm totally okay with the second one. All lives matter is just bring dismissive of the problems that only black people face. If you think racism doesn't exist anymore, you know nothing about the world.
It's funny how as soon as black people try to start fighting for their rights and having a voice , people decide to push them down and silence them after so many years , decades even , of unfair treatment. Black lives matter protests are going to carry on until there is change and from the way it's looking now nothing is changing at all.
Peaceful protests are allowed, and even encouraged. However, protests that involve destroying property and lives is highly illegal, and against our Constitutional Rights. So yeah. You can either follow in the footsteps of Malcolm X (which the BLM groups seem to already be doing), or, you can attempt peaceful protests and follow in the footsteps of Martin Luther King, JR.
Realistically, it worked for a short while in the past. Look at Rosa Parks, Bayard Rustin, Irene Morgan, and a few others who did nothing wrong except for refusal to move from their seats, and variots others who had peacefully made a stand. They did not resort to violence, and they got their points across loud and clear. It is not the fact that BLM exists. It is that they exist in connect with violence against others. Two wrongs don't make a right. Those two wrongs may end up leading to bigger problems that we may not be able to escape. I was raised to not be racist. I have friends of all shapes, sizes, colors, and religions. If you do right by me, I do right by you. If you do wrong by me, then I let it go and move on from it. I don't exact revenge, because that makes me no better than those who have wronged me.
If only everyone in society behaved like you.
Btw, whoever downthumbed my previous comment...well done. You've won. Have some cotton candy. You've earned it.

What's worse than civil disobedience but not as bad as actually hurting people?
So if we want to drum up enough support for them to be officially listed as a threat, they'll need to do something.
A group wants attention? OP complains about it because it's not about what he wants it to be about.
