Can a catholic please explain to me how if the wine apparently literally becomes blood within catholic beliefs why we can't just take a sample of it to probe or disprove it? Because the actual faith says it literally becomes blood. But if you analyze it I doubt you'll find blood cells...?
Im not religious, but what you're saying is kinda... i mean, cathilics don't believe that wine is blood or that it turns into blood. It REPRESENTS Jesus' blood. I went to catholic school.
M8 I've gone to catholic grade and highschool and that's probably the biggest misconception in the faith. At least christains believe it literally becomes blood, but many christains think it's supposed to be symbolism.
To add my part it
1. Its Transubstantiation, it isn't literally in all forms the body and blood of Christ, but neither is it a symbol of it
2. Assume it was literal, what makes you think if it can turn into Blood that the Blood can't turn back into Wine
