I never did, and I'm terrified of getting it. To this day, if I buy a hat, it goes directly into the dryer for a cycle, then dipped into bleach, then baked on 350 degrees... all of that's not true except the dryer part.

My sister and brother got lice but me and dad didn't and we don't think my mom did either but we didn't check her because we're too stupid to know what to look for. But in any case, we suspect that me and my dad were immune because our hair is so coarse.
