I'm fine, thank you so much for asking! How are you? If you're referring to the night VS day thing, anyway, I LOVE sleeping, it's just that at night my mind unleashes all the thoughts that were silent during the day and sometimes it can get a bit noisy.

I'm so glad you're okay and I completely understand, it's why I play instrumental music and wear a sleep mask, helps quiet my brain. I'm doing okay, managing my depression and anxiety so they're not crippling anymore. Thank you for asking though!
What do you usually listen to? That's a pretty bad combo, I really hope you're dealing well with that. Do you mind if I ask you, did you decide to undergo therapy and/or medication?

Generally classical music, or these videos called binaural beats on YouTube.
Eh, I'm managing. I did take up counseling, it helped a lot. Haven't taken medication yet, hoping I can get by without it.
I used to play piano, I love classical music! My absolute favourite is Tchaikovsky, ever listened to his Concert for Violin and Orchestra in D major? It's brilliant. Counseling may be hard at the beginning, but it is often the most part of the solution, so hopefully you won't need meds.

I was fortunate enough to get a really kind counselor that I clicked with right away so it helped me a lot.
I don't think I've listened to that but I'll add it to my list, thanks!
