My little bro used to pay his dealer in meat lol He'd steal huge steaks from my mom. She had to get a lock for the fridge and freezer

He also accepted bottles of alcohol as payment. I'm not sure the quality. He was only getting weed and I never smoked his stuff. It probably wasn't very good because the one time I smoked with him I packed a bowl of shitty weed and he said it was too much for him
