I celebrated mine and my ex's monthiversary. I got her a heart locket, stuff from bath & body works, and a stuffed animal.
That said, those people probably are too busy enjoying themselves to care about being judged by randos, so why bother?
Well, it doesn't bother me if they celebrate or do whatever they want to do, I just find it annoying when they share it everywhere for everyone to read, because those are the kind of things that should be said only to each other privately and it would be a lot more special and meaningful. If I wanted to tell my love something special and romantic, I'd only want him to hear it, not anybody else. But that's just my point of view.
If anything wait for 6 months IF NOT a year tbh
