You do realise it DOES mean no tears as no crying. Don't be stupid and squeeze the shit into your eyes. It means the smell of the shampoo isn't harsh, if it wasn't it can cause eye irrtation and if diluted the soap doesn't burn the eyes, because it doesn't have harsh chemicals that will harm a babies sensitive eyes.
