I'll never get a small dog..not because I find them annoying but because my niece had a small dog that got stuck in a chip bag and suffocated.

Big dogs REQUIRE education in order to just handle them, physically. Small dogs can just be picked up, so... many people don't educate them properly, the dogs don't know their place and they become annoying AF.

Some people can't afford the expenses of a big dog and may not have a house with enough space for a big dog to run around. Small dogs are often a more suitable option :)
