Sounds fantastic. Why do you need to be saved by someone else? Also....can't you make better choices so you don't go and try to kill your stepdaughter for being prettier than you?
Unless you are in an inescapable prison, being too hard is only an obstacle. I'm not going to put blanket statements on everything but if my house is burning down, I'm not waiting for a fireman to save me or my kids.
I'll save me and the kids, but I can't put a fire out so that it doesn't burn down the neighbours house...
When asleep, under a curse which you can't wake from, how are you supposed to do shit?
I've never been cursed to eternal sleep but comas do happen in life and people have woken up from them.....people are using the saying above to identify with their lives. They don't have to worry about sleeping curses. Using it as a crutch to describe being evil queen like because someone didn't save them is foolish. in the end, our decisions often make us for good or bad. Haven't you seen Once Upon A Time?
Oh asking for help when you need it is much different than sitting on your hands waiting for someone else to save you. Never saw the spin off. Was it any good?
or they were used to show children what happened when people did the wrong thing? Seriously, nowadays everything is taken so literally. Can't someone just be evil, without any kind of tragic backstory? Why do we need to make them seem less bad than they are?
Or they're just pure evil badasses. Come on, they were already killed by ditzy teenagers and weirdly interactive wildlife, at least don't take the evil away from them...
I want to point out that snow whites mother was pretty loving until she found out snow white was going to be better looking, then she complety lost it.
