I think it's Edd because it;s an edit from an existing comic, and the format can tell the joke pretty well.

This is shit. I see myself 24 h a day, tired, ugly unshaven, teeth unbrushed in the morning, hairs in weird places, of course I think I'm ugly, even when I take care of all that... it's an overall feeling. But all the other people think I'm drop dead gorgeous. Girls literaly tremble when they talk to me, and I'm like, wtf, do you see my weird hairs.....

How do you know they aren't trembling at the fact that you're possibly hideous?

Judging from the name of the account and other comments it's probably just trolling

There was a study done at one point, and they compared people's own 1-10 ratings of themselves to other peoples 1-10 ratings of their pictures. No, you likely don't think you're "five times" as attractive as you are, but most people do, on average, think they're 1 or 1.5 points higher on the scale than they are. Bonus, though: if you suffer from chronic depression, you probably know *exactly* how attractive you are to other people, because the personal investment that makes people see themselves as more attractive is less likely to affect you.
