I'm more inclined to smash her kneecaps and leave her crawling around her apartment/house in pain moaning and crying but no one would hear her over the demolition crew about to destroy the complex.
This is absolutely crazy, poor guy. It always makes me sad when women retaliate instead of letting things be. Some things just don't work out, don't break his stuff. You can't force anyone to feel something they don't naturally.
That's makes me wonder, what carries the larger penalty? Larceny or vandalism? Let's see:
$60 per game x 16 games is $960.
It varies by state, but generally:
Felony Vandalism starts at $500, carries up to a three year prison sentence and $10,000 fine.
Grand Larceny starts at $250, making this Felony Theft. It carries up to five year prison sentence and a $500 to $2000 fine.
Keep in mind that both are felony convictions making you essentially unemployable for at least ten years. This also doesn't take into consiteration other crimes you committed... since you are an "ex," you could potentially charged with Criminal Trespass and Breaking & Entering.
And then he sued her for twice what the games were worth!

funny story! We have no idea (based on this post) as to why he dumped her. If the truth came out that he dumped her because she was too fat/liberal/vegan/whatever is trending, everything would flip-flop and he would be to blame. Plus xbox is crap.... :)
No it wouldn't. You're allowed to dump someone for any reason be it as small as how they blink annoys you or if they're abusing you. You're not entitled to a relationship with someone. Getting your heart broken isn't an excuse to commit a crime.

It is encouraging that you guys are generally condemning her.
