Absolute Zero is only "thought" to be the coldest temperature as we have been unable to reach that temperature with our current technology. It is entirely possible that there are colder temperatures. Just as different elements freeze/boil at different temperatures it's very likely that they would also have a different "stop" temperature. That's also not even getting into how matter reacts outside a gravity well. We already know that there are areas of space which seem to break the laws of physics or at least the laws of physics that we have here.
Ice elemental sounds wayyy better
Cause I think it's be pretty warm
We should check ;)
