It wasn't good when he did it and it isn't good that this sorry excuse for a parent is trying to as well.

Also MJ did it out of misplaced excitement without thinking and no malicious undertone. This guy is being an ass and actually threatening, though hopefully jokingly, to hurt the child. Also this looks much higher.

The man who took the picture, who was a relative but not the actual father, claims the image was altered and that there were protective barriers on the balcony they were on but they were removed by someone on social media to make the image look more dangerous

Unfortunately, the father has been blamed in several articles even though the real perpetrator seems to be the baby's adult cousin, without the dad's knowledge.
