It doesn't effect driving. I had a friend who was red green colorblind and he drove just fine.

My cousin said all he does is just watch for what part of the stop light is lit up, an goes by that. An most signs say what they want ya to do. So it's not hard to dive at all.

Yep I just memorize the order, sometimes the yellow and green look similar but it's really not a problem

I honest to god think the green light is more white than anything else. It's white with an alien-green tinge. But it's still white. Red, orangey-yellow, white.
