There is no 24 in phones or any other digital watch.

2400 hr is shown as 00:00 on a digital clock. It marks the very last tic of the 2300 hr, and the very beginning of the first hr. of the next day.

I think the screen showing in the picture is really just a timer.

but if it was just a timer the 75 still doesn't make sense since seconds are also 0-60. For it to be a timer it would have to be counting 12 years 75 days... which is just silly.

Hahaha yea, true. Maybe the display is going out and the "7" was supposed to be a "0" or something.
