You always have a choice. Even when you're born into a family of maniacs who mutilate your genitals and put a bag on your head and treat you like property and a lesser human because you are a female.
Think for yourself. There is hope for Islam becoming compatible with the west, and it begins with reformation. Adapt this barbaric ideology to fit into our modern world.
What about the ones who come to the west without wanting to change?

Believe it or not, they DO have a choice. Whether or not they have the courage to make that choice is another matter.
When you come to a new country you have to adapt to the differences and make changes. Everyone does. If you loved your culture that much you're unwilling to change at all then maybe stay where you were?
