Fun fact: IKEA is quite candid about their use of photoshop. They admit about 75% of their catalog is CGI openly. They say they do this because it is more eco friendly and cost conscious. They attempt to replicate products as faithfully to life as possible in the process, and offering their showrooms for real viewing of digital isn't enough. When IKEA corporate photoshopped women out of Saudi Arabian advertisements for localized marketing purposes it caused quite a controversy. Despite this they admitted to being responsible and to the modifications.
There was another meme like this one using the same picture posted about a day before (or earlier that day?) as this one except it said NASA instead of IKEA, implying NASA could easily be fooling people. This is in response poking fun at the whole idea.
