Depends on how far along the doctor was into her labor. I only screamed in the final stages as I was pushing the baby out.

True. An epidural would also have an impact. My ex slept through about 2/3 of her labor on one.

True, but as a doctor in a minor emergency, I can see an exception being made. She wouldn't necessarily need to be in her feet, she could have been in a wheelchair for safety.
