I want to get in shape but I can't find the motivation. I know it's a lame excuse and every day I say "tomorrow I'll start!" And I just don't

Just don't think of it as "I have to o to the gym 3 times a week to get in shape". Take some time and look at all the elements. What you eat, drink etc. Read up a little on different excercises there is. And don't be one of those who thinks that the more time in gym, the better the result. 45 min-1 hour is all you need. Plan your workout, what reps to do and how many sets of each. You can do it, both of you!

You don't really have to go to the gym to lose weight unless you wanna do it really fast. You can start by counting calories, doing sit ups, push ups, and planking everyday.

Yes, I realized it as soon as I posted it, that my comment made it look like you HAVE to go to the gym to lose weight, you really don't

I've gone to the gym. I just get disinterested really quickly and manage to come up with a million excuses not to go. It's terrible I know. I'm trying to change it

@m I'm down to start again asap. I just gotta wait until payday. My family eats pretty unhealthy food so there's mostly crap in the house right now

@stonedknight just find out what YOU enjoy. I myself really only do some excercises at home, running/walking and swimming

It looks like her posture got better, I don't see too much difference. (But that is just me) Kudos to her for getting in shape, though.

Are you blind? There's a great difference. She looks much happier now.

Maybe she exchanged fat for muscle. Not much of a size change, but she looks healthier.

So because she lost a few pounds, she now looks 'healthier'? She wasn't even fat before
