I've seen this guy's work before. It is amazing and much of his other work is very subtly creeptacularly sinister... Can't forntheblife of me remember his name though.
Hmmm... I seem to be mistaken. The the guy I was thinking of is a different artist. The Coke can and Pac Man are strikingly similar to the one in thinking of. As far as I can tell, it's not Mike Winkelmann or Max Antonov either.

If you guys like these, you should check out the movie Turbo Kid. It's an 80s/90s-style post-apocalyptic B movie (as in it makes fun of the fact that it's a B movie with the cheesiness and the purposefully outdated special effects), and it's really awesome. Though I must warn you, it's pretty morbid at times.
