Yeah. The catch is: Xavier Neil can find incredibly talented and hard-working programmers/webdesigners/technicians and hire them (or have some friends of his hire them) before they can be recruited by other companies. It's a win-win. Neil is not doing this out of pure selflessness, but it's great for everyone involved.
