I announce I'm about to do laundry my girlfriend yells nope and starts doing laundry

Don't fry naked.

I announce "I'm doing laundry" and my cats just look at me and go back to sleep.

Something my wife would do, if she didn't die of shock.

Wife used to do this. Enjoy it while it lasts.

and then she goes to change and you are stuck cooking as well.

@kakaburra I usually strip even if nobody else is helping with the chores.
Maybe not so much in the winter. My nips can only take so much.
