I'm bilingual, sometimes Ivforget what the word is in my nativr language...

While not bilingual I have a fair grasp on a few languages. Mostly it's enough to get me in trouble if I had to try and speak in them, but it does mean that occasionally when I forget the word in English, my primary language, another word will come out. Let me tell you it's really disconcerting to go to speak and the only word that come to mind is a completely foreign language to everyone around you.
