The first time the Senate has told the truth about something.

This is absolutely true. A democracy is *not* an efficient form of government. Efficiency is not the most important part of a government. Nazi Germany was one of, if not the single most efficient government in the history of the world.

I wonder how much they're being paid to do so little.
