Your license photo might save you a ticket

Since when can you smile in a licence Photo?

My husband got a new license about a year ago. When he took the picture the woman bust oit laughing she literally was gasping for breath lol. She shows the pitcure to us and we nearly died as well. Lol he looked like a total idiot. She asked if he was sure that was what he wanted as his picture. He said yes lol. I have never in my life heard of someone getting asked if they want to retake the picture.
