You bend over so your hair is loose and dangling, then you get a towel and wrap it around your head like a burrito, when all your hair is inside the towel, you twist it tight then flip it back like a pony tail and tuck it in

For those who actually don't know https://www.wikihow.com/Wrap-Your-Hair-in-a-Towel Also, once I get to step six, I get up and wrap that part over so it looks like what you just saw in the picture. No one teaches you this normally it's something you just figure out when you have long hair.

I used to wrap my hair in a towel too but I read somewhere that it's not very good for you hair, it's obviously better than blow drying but it's still not too good. The towel may look soft but wet hair is prone to breaking and tightly wrapping won't do much good apparently. What I personally do is that I headbang for a few seconds like the metalhead I am, then I put a towel over my shoulders like a cape to stop the hair from dripping all over my back and let it be.

I have super short hair and r a dude, so when I do this I just make a turban instead.
