Tbh I think it's stupid to shame sex workers for using what they have to make a living. Why not just shame the people who could be forcing them, or shame the people who just want a quickie because they can't get it anywhere else or don't love their S/o anymore
And I call Bullshiat. Many sex workers are coerced and sometimes forced into selling themselves. While miners have the option to move and seek other employment. This isn't the late 1800's and early 1900's. This might have been an accurate statement in 1887 but it's useless in 2017.

What if I would say that this applies to this time too.
I am sure you are absolutely correct. It's a shame they have governments that don't protect them.

And what can the government do? How can people blame government in every single thing. It is the job of police and other forces to stop these criminal activities.
I'm pretty sure is most nations the police and "other forces" which I hope you mean the military work for the government. If the government isn't paying and managing the police then who is?

I think the corruption in those forces is not the fault of government. It's the people who are shit. Government can't control the corrupt officials.
Police and other forces, Spooky, ARE the government - at least part of it. Corruption isn't an isolated thing, or it's easily cleaned up. Instead, a government allows corruption, and thus it spreads.
It's not about moralistic view in terms of selling your body.. it's about selling your body to a Different Person each n every time.. Which is what sex workers do..
But on the other hand, if a sex worker gets to sell their body to the same person every time, I'm sure they'll be viewed differently..
Yeah they would be married. And I edited this to express I meant male or female. Because that is actually what we do. We 'Give " ourselves to our significant other.Just clearing what I said.
Why would you just say married?
Isn't it possible in case of a Mistress??

Haven't you seen Pretty Woman.
Richard Gere was not married when he proposed to Julia Roberts and the way he did it. I am pretty sure it was a marriage after that.
Marriage is literally giving yourself to your partner. Same person time after time.
Oh and also, what you say applies to sugar babies--but they still get shamed too just as much as other sex workers.
