you'd have to wake up in the middle of the night, do this, then try to get back to sleep on what would most likely be a work day. i'm a dad and i don't see it being worth it

Similar thing happened to me, only my parents tell me to wake up and then keep sleeping. I went downstairs, didn't care that it was dark since I wake up when it's dark. Tired asf, but that also normal. Didn't notice until I checked the clock. Went to bee in my clothes and got and extra two hours.
