Well that's because he wasn't doing shite other than monopolizing on other inventors genius work and getting all the credit so he could be forever remembered as a brilliant man and not the douce that he was.

He was a brilliant man. If he didn't monopolize on electricity then we may never have had life like this. He was a VERY successful person and brilliant man who helped the entire planet.

But we also can't look over the fact that he was a major douche. It was because of him that Tesla's AC current model at time tanked, which btw we all use nowadays. No doubt he was a great inventor but he was a really big douche too
