Make work more easy? So that more people become fat?
I appreciate those fat people who go to gym and workout so that they can be healthy. People like these don't even have a slightest idea about how many people they are killing.
Anyway. What's so hard there? You just have to sit in front of a computer. (I am talkin about most of the 9-5 jobs here)
I'd kill for a standing desk or a treadmill desk, actually. Being stuck on your butt, not moving, for eight hours a day, does favors neither for my attention span nor my weight.

That's correct. Standing is necessary while doing work or you can have standing desks.
I hav elittle tolerance for people who say it is okay to pursue a fat lifestyle. I am not into fat-shaming, but beign fat is - quite simply - going to kill you, cause you to miscarry (if you;'re a woman), ruin your hips, knees and ankled and make you more susceptible to all sorts of life-threatening conditions. You don't have to have a six-pack abs, 4% body fat body, but you should be able to take a flight of stairs without huffing and puffing. There is no excuse.
As an overweight woman I agree 100%. I hate seeing all this positive portrayal of overweight people. I know I need to lose weight because I want to live longer and be healthy for my kids when I have them. I don’t want to go to a doctor anymore and be told of all the issues I have. We need the media to stop encouraging this. There is no excuse for me being the weight I am. I just need to get off my lazy ass and move more
And also remember to have a good eating habit. People dwell on what they eat instead of focusing on how frequent they eat it, especially since the food quality of today is horrible. Make sure there’s a balance. I workout myself and heck, best believe I still eat ice cream (Talenti is my fav!), french fries, pizza, fried chicken, etc. But I also add the good things to my diet like seafood(salmon is soo delish!), veggies, fruits, a whole lot of water!! (half a gallon to a gallon a day), hemp seeds, oatmeal, avocado!!!!! (I know its a vegetable but its just sooooo good for you), I even eat occasional veggie burger instead of beef. Just have more options and be more open to eating different things. Don’t eat the same thing everyday. Switch it up. Add that with at least 30 mins of exercise 3X a week, you’ll be good. You got this!!
