This is at best he said/she said. Maybe it happened either way. Maybe the driver asked if she had a dick and she said "Yeah, Wanna see?" If I were an Uber driver and if a trans whipped it out for pictures, as long as they aren't putting it on the upholstery or flying it out the window, why would I care? I'd be focused on traffic in front of me and driving.
The car is the Uber driver's property, and an Uber ride is a business transaction. When in another person's property, you observe the rules of that property, and during a business transaction you act like it's a business transaction. Given that the screencap shows that the passenger is prone to whipping out said dick in the middle of traffic, I'd side with the driver on this one and believe the driver asked her to stop and she didn't. If you're in somebody else's car and they ask you not to do something, you don't do it. If it did go down the way the driver said, this is sexual harassment of the driver regardless of the driver's sex. If the passenger couldn't respect the driver in this instance, then she deserves to get kicked out of the car.
@this_isntme : if you feel that could have been the possible situation, then that should have been the accusation.. not that he kicked out bcz of being transgender..
This needs to be seen. People that are 'unique/oppressed' (trans, gay, black, etc) Shouldn't use their 'victim' status to attack others or get special treatment.
Stuff like this is why every uber/taxi or whatever should have cameras watching the driver and passenger(s) so when shit like this or robberies occur there is some sort of evidence.
