Since their Launch. Barbie has held at least 130 occupations and Ken 40. So. I think Ken also does some work.
Considering all the work Barbie does, from doctor to lawyer, famous fashion model, etc. Those things most likely belong to her, Hence why even when Ken is included, the name on the house is Barbie's Dream House. She worked for those things so she's going to put her name on it.
