Nah fam there is no way a maximum security prison has a full modern kitchen, A full bathroom and a room that looks nicer than mine.

You get to leave your dorm at any time as long as theres no curfew for the city. They hardly get to leave their cell besides a few times a day and that's to other parts of the prison.

Well obvoiusly but im just saying i dont see stuff this nice being a common thing in a maximum security prison they just gonna build thousands of these for a prison.

I dunno if it's the approach they take to prisons or just the culture in general, but they do have a wicked low recidivism rate.
