Because 25>15.
But tbh, there are 2 donuts and 1drink+donut that doubles with just the drink, so really it's 23. (btw these 2 are really unoriginal. You can see they're trying hard but that's the go-to hairdo for crazy hair day).

Not necessarily, the bun is probably just an artficial donut-shaped thing covered with hair.
