Just so you know why we no longer see people with glasses this thick is due to compressed glass I know because I have been shown what my glasses look with out compressed glass and they look worse then these.

Compressed glass changed everything. My lenses would be 20 cm (roughly 8 in) thick without them. Instead, they're 1 cm (little under 1/2 an inch) thick.

These lenses are actually minus-lenses for nearsightedness, and they would make the image a lot smaller. So it’s actually implying that the dick is so large she has to put her glasses on to see it.
