Your body is extremely dependant on gravity for chewing and swallowing. Your body can still force food/drink down your throat without gravity if needed, but it is assisted by gravity quite a bit.

I was just wondering if it was possible to swallow without gravity. Even once it's in your stomach, it will be floating all around!

Sure. You can still swallow and digest when you are in gravity but upside down.
