Yeah, I'm not a big fan of the argument in this meme
(I know it's done only for comic effect)
When I was younger and started working out I asked my mum to make meals with more meat in them, more protein
She said "Look at a cow - that eats grass all day and has lots of muscle!"
So I researched it
Turns out cows eat about 15kg of grass a day
About 35 pounds

A cow is also over 1000 lbs, so they don’t eat a lot compared to their weight
Having said that, they do digest their food multiple times
