Here's the bulshit answer to the bulshit question, the flash has something called the speed force, it allows him to travel at ridiculous speeds and bend time and space around him and it's an abstract cosmic force that allows him to break physics. Basically it's dc's kinda science excuse to "but how would that work", if you have questions on how the flash travels through time and dimensions and stuff, the answer is just speed force....
