Actually, you can. It's incredibly difficult, but it's physically possible with the right muscles. Anyway, she's not jumping straight out of the water though, so it's like 90% easier.
Yeah I was always able to jump out of water and I'm not an athlete or anything. You just gotta put your legs in a frog-like position and then also push downwards with your arms at the same time as you straighten your legs. I can jump pretty high, all the way to my bellybutton actually.
