A brother in arms to Gary Plauche, a father who publicly shot his ELEVEN year old son's rapist to death on camera and died of old age without jail time. A real hero
He shot an unarmed, handcuffed man who had been convicted of no crime at point blank range. That should not be allowed no matter how upset someone gets.
I guess you’re right. Having a criminal justice system is such a pain in the ass. It’s not needed. If we just exact punishment on whomever we personally feel deserve it without the burden of proof then we can save a lot of time and money.
There are special circumstances, the man only did what any good father would do if given the chance. The fucker was caught red-handed, there wasn't even a shadow of a doubt. That's what the justice system exists for. Doubt.
What is special about it? If he was caught red handed then there was no risk of him going unpunished so the father didn’t need to take justice into his own hands. If you think what he did should be a capital crime then work on fixing the law but awful shit happens every day. There has to be a strictly enforced legal framework to deal with it or we are all just animals killing because we want to.
We are animals, and harm to any animal's young always calls for blood. I cannot fix the legal system, there's too many people in my way, people who don't seem to want to punish anyone. But if all I have to do to avenge my child and protect others is be at the right place at the right time, then I'll be there. Especially since so many people in the system don't seem to want to punish anyone.
“Innocent until PROVEN guilty” is a core tenet of the United States of America where this event took place. That means proven legally despite the circumstances. Now you may not take the idea of US ideals seriously but I do so in my definition he was innocent. The act of bringing a gun to where you know he was going to be and then stepping out and killing him is first degree murder. I’m sorry that you don’t like what the victim did but you need to stop being a reactive snowflake and get behind the idea that justice is blind and that’s the definition of being treated fairly.
Laws are not the end all be all. Some shit is personal, and the only proper way to handle it, so that a father can sleep at night, is to deal with it themselves.
Don't you dare accuse me of not taking American ideals seriously, I chose to sign on just to defend those ideals. And those ideals are that the average man should have control over his own life. Now stop hiding behind the books and try to be human.
There is no justice when the lowest of the low are given more comfortable lives than many people can earn, there is no justice when violent felons are let back on the steeet just to make room for people who can actually be helped. There is no justice for men like that except throwing them in a hole to rot, or putting them out of our misery. And it is all too clear that too few people in the system are willing to do what is necessary. So it is only right for the people to step in when the system is inadequate.
I can only assume you are a teenager by your self centered focus of argument. But let’s say that you grew up and you had a son. That son went out on a date with my daughter. They hit it off and had sex on the date. However for some reason my daughter tells me that he raped her. So, being the good father I am, I wait outside his job at the local convenience store and when he steps out I put a pistol to his head and fire a shot through his brain. I can only assume you would celebrate this action? Justice served in your eyes.
That’s the only point you are making. A accused man was killed by another man before he was convicted. Burden of proof doesn’t seem to be an issue so what’s the line you have to cross before murder is justified? They have to be caught in the act? How do you know they were caught in the act? Because you read it on Wikipedia?
@pandaman1 You are welcome to enlighten me as to his point but if it’s “someone raped my son so I get to do anything I want” then I didn’t miss it.
Here, let’s make it easier. You just tell me which ones I’m a hero for shooting in the face:
(None of these people have been convicted in a court of law)
1. Man who raped my child and left them alive.
2. Man who beat my child into a coma but didn’t rape them.
3. Man who murdered my child with a weapon.
4. Drunk driver who ran over my child.
5. Sober driver who ran over my child.
6. Man who sold my child the drugs they overdosed on.
Take a moment for clarity. Being infuriated and arguing on the internet is like digging through quicksand. You may not agree with these methods and others may. That's just how things are. Others may deem this justified espexially if it has tangible evidence of the incident. Others may view it as immoral. But what benefits will come if you win an arguement? Whats done is done.
So heres the thing @scatmandingo. The father took the risk knowing full well what could happen. He was really fucking lucky that he didnt get jail time only 5 years probation. Im not saying that any parent that has delt with something happening to their child has the right to do what they please. But they will do what they think is right because its personal and face the consequences knowing full well they will get in trouble
Sero....I don’t know why someone who wants to forcibly touch and have intercourse children, toddlers, and babies should be shown mercy of any sort. It seems as though you have no emotionally or morally deep understanding of this situation, it’s quite odd and a little shocking, actually. This man who probably feels like he failed as a father, and the obvious feelings of pure rage for the disgusting actions and mental instability of the assailant, absolutely deserves to serve his own justice, and if you think the CHILD RAPIST deserves ANY justice, that’s pretty low.

Sigh...
Okay, not saying that the rapist is any better.
But you don't torture and enslave(which I think is worse than death) a criminal then kill them like an animal. That makes you a torturer, which is arguably morally the same as a rapist, except heinous crimes justify it.
This is why some people justify the death penalty being removed. They think one offing a person is just too cruel even for a murderer.
Again, I'm not defending the person, I'm not a fucking child rapist. I just don't want people to justify murder fantasies by saying they're terrible people.
I'm sorry, the fact that you think that the man who beat the shit out of the person who RAPED AND ABDUCTED A THREE YEAR OLD CHILD makes him worse than the rapist is sick and wrong. Was it wrong? Yes, no one is disputing that fact. However it is exactly waht that sick fucker deserved. If I ever become a mother, and God forbid anything that horrific happens to my child, that man would be lucky if all I did was kill him.

Okay, again.
I'm not saying that beating the shit out of someone who did that is bad, I'm saying that going as far as to live out fantasies of torturing and murdering people who have done heinous things doesnt make you any better, and getting excitement boners over thinking about the things you'd do to said people shows you have the capacity of becoming just like them.
Some people are willing throw their humanity away because of sick people like that. Honestly id go to hell and back if i had to for my niece and nephew, even if that meant throwing my humanity away to protect them.
I saw 37 comments. I was not expecting that rollar coaster of opinions. Once a certain act is commited the whole right from wrong aspect kinda disappears. There is just the act and the reaction.
For everyone arguing over whether you’re morally justified in killing a child rapist you should know that the actual story is as follows:
“Rudi Efendi, 30, admitted murdering the man after finding out his wife was no longer a virgin on their wedding night.
.
The Indonesian couple then cooked and ate the victim’s severed genitals together.”
I've never commented on anything on fs but I'm gonna just set the record straight here...
Maybe the headline is true but the pic is in no way related... This oan was rioting during some xenophobic outbreak in Pretoria (just google the image). Xenophobia is common here in rsa and its more beleivable that xenophobia would hit the media, front page, before a single act of violence (justified or not).
Seems like OP was just looking to get a rise...
P.S. I've heard of revenge stories in sa and this shit is LIGHT. Toughen up cupcakes

This is light?
And people attempt to think up worse...
Those kind of people have it really hard when they're in prison, so that motherfucker has suffered before going to prison and will suffer in there. Good

I don't care what someone did to you, whatever you have planned is too far.

Everyone in this story is evil.
