If a player qualifies as a player then only he is supposed to be on the team. It is that simple. One should not be handed free passes for their colour, caste, creed, ethnicity, etc. However, if one does qualify then, one should also not be denied a position because of their colour, caste, creed, ethnicity, etc.

And Senegal has all black players..
Stuffing diversity down the throat at the expense of performance is not WINNING

... I can't imagine that the population of Poland was left very diverse after the Nazi's came through.

Diversity doesn't make an outcome better when only the lost qualified are chosen. You shouldn't have to say that qualification is more important than being diverse

Why don't we all become transparent. That'll fix the problem, see all your organs and muscles and bones working their magic. No colour to hide the real thing of value for sport, the human body.
