I've never heard "coup de fou" or seen it anywhere except on this post.
Maybe if someone said "c'était un coup de fou!" we can infer that he just had sex with someone really good at it (de fou=literally insane=figuratively terrific and coup=hook up/ one night stand) but that's it.
I stayed with a French family for a summer as a teenager and tried telling mom I was full at dinner, but the way I said it she thought I meant full with child, and that took some clearing up!
o_O? Did you say "je suis pleine"? Because that's the only way I can think of that could lead to this situation, but...we usually don't say that about humans (it's mainly used for cows for some reasons).
