Two slices of crustless new york style cheese pizza have 7x less fat, infinitely less sugar, 10x the protein, and more fiber than most large Jamba Juice smoothies. A nice healthy salad or some veggies? Do you eat that without any oil or dressing? If not a small salad or a serving of veggies could easily exceed 3 “Spoons” of “oil.” Processed “low fat” or “low carb” foods, most juices and smoothies, it’s a long list of foods that intuitively seem “healthy” or “natural” and are maybe not so much. The truth is that nutrition can be very complex, but it doesn’t have to be. You need a certain amount of any nutrient (except transfats- which should be aimed for 0,) too much of any nutrient can be unhealthy, and too little of even carbs or fats (including saturated fats) can be unhealthy too. You probably shouldn’t eat half a pizza every meal of every day, but sometimes a couple slices is fine. This is the same logic anti vaxxers use. “You wouldn’t put mercury in your body would you?!”
