Aw man, I hate these...I used to get them a lot when I was pregnant. If you point your toes up toward your knee it helps make the pain go away faster

I was taught to stand and put weight on it. Always works for me.

That works too, but in the middle of the night(especially when pregnant) the last thing I want to do is stand up lol I'd rather just point my toes

Used to get them all the time back when I was a tween/teen. Growth spurts are a bitch on the muscles.

I stretch my foot all the way out before it happens and have my toes lean back towards me it stops the cramp before it happens
