As a dad, trying to keep his family afloat, he's certainly... under pressure

Try being the working Mother whilst the Dad stays home. Not only do you have to "keep the family afloat," but you still have every household chore to do after you get home from work.

That has nothing to do with Freddie, unless you're implying that it's hard to be Queen.

Yeah, I think most of that pressure is coming from the 6 feet of dirt of top of him.

what about a mother's sacrifice and a father's love?

I think they both have plenty of love and sacrifice in different ways and we can’t really take away from that.

Unless said mother is a loveless demon that appeared straight out of satan's urethra, and in all seriousness would likely consume her children if not provided with cigarettes.

And there are a ton of terrible moms. What's your point?

I think it was to make sure guest's argument wasn't invalidated. The first part of your post adds to Celti's post but the second part seems to invalidate Celticrose. Are you being contradictory?

Yes, I was simply saying that guest had a right to their experience, and they in no way tried to make it about everyone else. Poke is the one who took the comment and twisted it. No one said there aren't bad moms, but also, this comment thread didn't have to do with moms.
