Well I'm kind of broke so I can't really take her out. But there are a few parks that are maybe a 15 or 20 minute walk away from where the two of us live.

Don't take someone to the movie for a date, unless the two of you are going to spend time together afterwards to discuss the movie and maybe a walk in the park. My boyfriend used to take me to the park, we'll get steri stumpies or vanilla milk (flavoured milk bottles) and oreos and just sit there talking, drinking flavoured milk and eating cookies.

Yeah we always have a good 15 or 20 minutes to kill before someone comes to pick us up. I always take that time to talk to them about the movie. And then we could get dropped off at the park then walk on home from there.

Random unsolicited advice: if you're not sure she is in to kissing you but you want to kiss her, you can reach up and run your fingers through the end of her hair while you're talking to her. Tell her you like it or it's soft or whatever, but read her reaction. If she leans away or cringes a little it's a no go; drop your hand and keep talking. If she responds positively (like a smile or direct eye contact), lean in slowly, super slowly, and kiss her. Good luck!
