I don't know how it is in other countries, but in the Netherlands we get a list of questions ranging from wounds and infections to tattoos and other adult "fun activities"( don't know how clean/ dirty the chat has to be).
We also don't get paid. We get coffee and a sandwich, but it's all voluntary
